All sales are final.

Due to the unique and natural characteristics of jade, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

Please note:

• Natural variations, inclusions, and color differences are part of the beauty of jade and are not considered defects 

• We do not accept returns based on personal preference
