In-stock Orders（現貨訂單）
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 2–7 business days.
For Hong Kong local orders, delivery usually takes within 2 business days after dispatch. Expedited processing may be available for selected orders — please contact us for details.
For international orders (including Taiwan), delivery typically takes 7–16 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
現貨訂單一般於 2–7 個工作天內發出。
香港本地訂單發出後，一般於 2 個工作天內送達。部分訂單可提供加急處理服務，詳情請聯絡我們。
國際訂單（包括台灣）發出後，視乎地區不同，一般需時約 7–16 個工作天送達。
Custom Orders（客製化訂單）
We offer bespoke services including bracelet weaving, jewelry design, and stone setting.
Each custom piece is handcrafted with care to ensure quality and detail. All custom orders are personally overseen by the founder of Jade Cabinet.
Please allow 14–30 business days for production and dispatch.
我們提供手繩編織、珠寶設計及鑲嵌等客製化服務。
所有客製化作品均經細心製作，以確保品質與細節，並由 Jade Cabinet 店主親自監督。
客製化訂單一般需時 14–30 個工作天完成並發出。
