Each bracelet is made to order and production will begin after your order is confirmed.

Please enter your wrist circumference in the product field before adding to cart.

The maximum wrist size accepted online is 20 cm. Please provide your actual wrist measurement rather than a preferred bracelet length.

Most bracelet styles are designed with an adjustable fit, and we will make the piece according to the wrist size provided.

For pet sizes or larger custom sizes (for example anklets or wrist sizes above 20 cm), please contact us vis WhatsApp or Instagram before placing your order.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production. If your piece is completed earlier, it will be shipped ahead of schedule.

For Taiwan orders, we will contact you by email after purchase to collect the personal information required for customs clearance. Production will begin once all required details are received.
